Bridging the gap between Eastern and Western medicines is the way of the future, and I believe the body has an amazing inherent ability and potential to heal itself.

You were born with all the necessary tools, and your body will respond when it is supplied the correct tools, nutrients and healing therapies.

I will endeavour to provide you with a means to maintain optimum levels of health through Integrity, Vitality, and Simplicity.

Health comes from a balance of our body, mind, spirit, and the environment. When we are in harmony, our energy flows easily through the body benefiting all our organs, tissues, and thoughts. Our "Innate Intelligence" knows what we need to do in order to be happy and healthy. However, it is often blocked by trauma, poor diet, lack of exercise or other lifestyle factors, which create dis-ease, energetic imbalances, or illness within our bodies.

Thankfully we have choice and we can take control of our world with: healthy diet, exercise, daily relaxation techniques, resolving emotional issues, building a strong immune system, and maintaining healthy positive thoughts. I believe a wellness program should be lifestyle friendly, have patient education, a health support team to provide lifestyle adjustments to bring you the health and harmony we all desire.

I will educate my clients in order to equip you with the tools to sustain your health independently whenever possible. The more you become involved with your health and responsible for your body, the better you will feel.

I have been in practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 9 years in both Alberta and British Columbia.
My Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry comes from the University of Victoria, and my Chinese Medical training was taught at the Canadian College of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine (CCAOM).
I have also studied acupuncture and homeopathy in Sri Lanka, at the Open Internation University.
